Your Rights Under DPDPA 2023
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and applicable rules, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Data Retention
We retain personal data for the following periods:
- Website enquiries not resulting in a mandate: 2 years from last contact — Contact form, email enquiries
- Active client matter files: Duration of matter plus 7 years — Advocates Act retention requirements
- Closed matter files: 7 years post-matter close — Statutory and professional obligations
- Marketing opt-in records: Until withdrawal of consent + 2 years — Proof of consent under DPDPA
- System access logs: 180 days minimum — CERT-In Directions 2022 compliance
After the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with our data destruction policy.
