01

No Legal Advice

The content published on this Website — including practice area descriptions, legal explainers, case study summaries, articles, publications, FAQs, regulatory guides, and any other written, visual, or interactive material — is provided for general informational purposes only.

Nothing on this Website constitutes, or should be construed as, legal advice on any specific matter. The application of law varies significantly depending on the specific facts, jurisdiction, applicable statutes, and individual circumstances of each matter.

⚠ Important
Do not act or refrain from acting on the basis of any content on this Website without first obtaining formal legal advice from a qualified advocate who has been engaged to advise you on your specific circumstances.
02

No Lawyer-Client Relationship

Accessing this Website, reading its content, submitting an enquiry through our contact form, sending us an email, or messaging us on WhatsApp does not create a lawyer-client relationship between you and SIRI Law LLP or any of its partners or associates.

A formal lawyer-client relationship is only established when:

  • A conflict-of-interest check has been completed to our satisfaction
  • The scope of representation has been agreed in writing
  • An engagement letter has been executed by both parties
  • Any applicable advance retainer has been paid and cleared

Until these conditions are met, any information you share with us is not protected by attorney-client privilege and you should not share confidential information about any dispute or matter.

03

Accuracy of Information

While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the content on this Website is accurate, current, and complete, SIRI Law LLP makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information on this Website.

Indian law — including statutes, regulations, CERT-In Directions, SEBI circulars, RBI master directions, and court judgments — changes frequently. Content on this Website may not reflect the most current legal developments, amendments, or regulatory guidance at the time of your access.

The regulatory deadlines, penalties, and obligations referenced on this Website (including those under the DPDPA 2023, SEBI CSCRF, and CERT-In Directions) are provided for general awareness and may have been amended after publication. Always verify current requirements with a qualified legal adviser.

04

Past Results & Case Studies

Case studies, matter outcomes, client results, and statistical references on this Website are provided for illustrative purposes only. They represent specific past matters and are not representative of outcomes in future matters.

Past results do not guarantee future outcomes. The outcome of any legal matter depends on its unique facts, the applicable law, the evidence available, the conduct of all parties, and the decisions of courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities — all of which are beyond SIRI Law LLP's control.

Case study details have been generalised and modified to protect client confidentiality. Any resemblance to specific identifiable matters is coincidental unless expressly stated and consented to by the client.

The Bar Council of India Rules prohibit advocates from advertising or soliciting work through claims of past results or success rates. The case studies on this Website are published to illustrate the nature of services offered, not as a guarantee or representation of future outcomes.
