- Penetration testing scope:All penetration testing and security assessments are conducted only with explicit written authorisation. Unauthorised testing constitutes an offence under the IT Act 2000. Scope is strictly defined in the engagement agreement.
- No guarantee of security:No cybersecurity assessment or implementation can guarantee the prevention of all cyber incidents. SIRI advises on risk reduction, not risk elimination.
- Legal privilege scope:Cybersecurity findings produced under our legal engagement benefit from attorney-client privilege. Standalone technical reports (without legal engagement) may not carry this protection.
- CERT-In compliance:Our breach response services assist with regulatory compliance. Achieving compliance depends on client cooperation, available information, and the specific circumstances of each incident.
