SIRI Shield is an annual subscription billed monthly. You may cancel with 30 days written notice. There is no lock-in beyond the annual commitment, and no early termination fee if you give notice at the annual renewal point.
A contract review is a legal analysis of any commercial agreement up to 30 pages — including vendor agreements, SaaS terms, NDAs, employment contracts, or data processing agreements. We provide written comments and a risk summary within the turnaround time for your tier.
Yes. SIRI Shield is provided by SIRI Law LLP, a registered law firm. All advice is given by enrolled attorneys under an attorney-client relationship, covered by legal professional privilege. This is not a legal information service — it is practising law.
Starter subscribers receive 24-hour incident response. Growth subscribers receive a 4-hour SLA for active breaches. Enterprise subscribers receive 2-hour response, 24×7 including weekends. For all tiers, CERT-In notification can be filed within the mandatory 6-hour window.
Yes. You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time. The price difference is calculated pro-rata for the remaining months of your annual commitment. Downgrading is available at the annual renewal point.
Additional contract reviews beyond your monthly allowance are available at a preferential subscriber rate of ₹3,500 per review (vs standard ₹8,000+). This is set out in your Shield agreement. Most clients find the included allowance sufficient once their template library is established.
